These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GWP168 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By registering, logging in, or using any services provided by GWP168, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.

These terms apply to all users of the GWP168 platform, including those who browse the website without creating an account, registered members, and those using the GWP168 mobile app. Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the GWP168 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at GWP168. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per official identification card
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

GWP168 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. You are required to submit the requested supporting documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. GWP168 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

GWP168 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit: Deposits are typically credited to your GWP168 account instantly. GWP168 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. GWP168 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• GWP168 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC process has been fully completed.
• Any funds suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to GWP168's current policy, which may change from time to time.

GWP168 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and game conditions — please review the details of each promotion before claiming it.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit.

All GWP168 members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and integrity while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt GWP168 systems.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Any form of fraud, including false payments or use of stolen credit cards.
• Money laundering or any illegal activity conducted through the GWP168 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false information about GWP168 or making unfounded claims.

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and/or appropriate legal proceedings.

Members have the right to close their GWP168 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements.

GWP168 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• False verification during the KYC process.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour detected on the account.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
• Should a member be found to be under 18 years of age.

In all circumstances, GWP168's liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account balance at the time of the disputed incident.

Continued use of the GWP168 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GWP168 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or the relevant court in accordance with the applicable laws.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
